Cookie and Storage Notice
Version 0.3.0 · Effective October 15, 2026
1. Summary
kyuflow is operated by Geode Solutions Pty Ltd. We use a small number of our own cookies, plus storage in your browser, to keep you signed in, keep your workouts safe when you are offline, and remember your preferences.
We do not use advertising cookies. With your consent, we load privacy-focused web analytics provided by Vercel; without consent, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded.
This notice explains what we store on your device and why. It sits alongside our Privacy Statement.
2. Cookies
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1) | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to your account securely | Until you sign out or your session expires |
kyuflow_analytics_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you allowed or declined product analytics. Set only after you choose | 13 months |
3. Storage in your browser
Besides cookies, kyuflow uses your browser's local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB, and registers a service worker. This information stays on your device unless a feature syncs it to your account.
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary: offline workouts | An offline queue of workout changes waiting to sync; in-progress workout checkpoints; a background-sync service worker | So a workout is not lost if your connection drops or the page reloads |
| Strictly necessary: security and reliability | One-time request keys that prevent duplicate saves; a device identifier with your general device and browser type | So actions are not applied twice, and so you can tell your devices apart in sync |
| Preferences | Theme, sidebar layout, display currency, sounds and audio, equipment and pinned-program choices, view settings | So kyuflow remembers how you like it set up |
| Analytics (only with your consent) | A per-tab analytics session identifier (session storage) | Groups the usage events described in our Privacy Statement |
Vercel Web Analytics uses no cookies and no device storage.
4. Your choices
- Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in or offline safety.
- Preferences are only set when you change a setting, and they are removed if you clear your browser's site data.
- Analytics are off until you allow them. Use the control at the top of this page, the banner, or Profile to change your choice at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining until you choose otherwise. When you are signed in, your choice is saved to your account and applies on your other devices.
Clearing site data for kyuflow removes everything above from that browser. This includes offline changes that have not yet synced, so sync them first.
